Dennis's New Basement Project
We have been working on our basement to create a new leisure area for almost 6 months.
It is almost done.
We are waiting for the carpet to be installed.
The basement will have a restroom with bath/shower facilities, a home theater, an office, playroom, fully functional kitchen with vent out ventilation, Bar and a general dining/play area.
We have worked so hard on this project and we learned a lot too!

Wow...looks cool. When we come, we can have the whole basement to ourselves...YIPPI!!
Yep, "When you come" is the keyword.
We'll see.
How many sq ft was the basement area? I like the idea where the fridge placed under the staircase slope. Brilliant creative hardwork. It was great to have a 3 storey home with more space to move around.
Basement is about 1500 sf but we only build about 1200 sf and leave 300 sf for storage.
